An independent adviser to chief executives
28 years leading businesses through transformation. That experience is now at the service of yours.

Peter Guillon was a chief executive before he became an adviser to them. For almost three decades he took difficult decisions, handled complex situations and produced measurable results in demanding settings.
Career
Promotrans
Chair and Chief Executive. Vocational training organisation, 1,000 employees. A business that had lost momentum, turned around: continuing education revenue raised from €37.5m to €60m over six years, a P&L of €90m, and the organisation restructured for growth.
Engie/Cofely
Operations Director. Energy services, several countries. Operational excellence and international expansion: establishment in Morocco and Canada, structuring of concession management processes, continuous improvement of performance.
Rubis/Vitogaz
Head of Technical Services. Energy distribution, B2B and B2C. Contributed to revenue growth from €200m to more than €500m.
Other senior roles
Bouygues, DEF and several small and mid-sized industrial businesses. Varied settings (construction, airports, logistics), and as many different ways of creating and losing margin.
Experience carried into advisory work
General management experience amounts to more than a CV. It develops particular skills, formed in practice, which Peter Guillon now brings to his clients.
Strategic vision and operational delivery
Knowing where to go is not sufficient. What matters is knowing how to get there, drawing on what has already worked and avoiding the pitfalls already met.
Managing complexity
Leading in five different sectors, with up to 1,000 people, teaches one to handle ambiguity, to prioritise under pressure and to decide on imperfect information.
Organisational transformation
Restructurings, rapid growth, changes of culture: Peter Guillon has led these transformations from within, not from a report.
International
Europe, the Maghreb, Turkey, North America: practical experience of the cross-cultural, regulatory and operational issues of international expansion.
Education
Graduate of ESME Sudria (1995), an engineering school. A scientific training that grounds the Exelvys approach in analytical rigour and data-based decision-making.
Why Exelvys
After 28 years of leadership experience, including 8 in general management, Peter Guillon founded Exelvys with one conviction: chief executives leading a transformation need someone who speaks their language. Not that of generic consultancy, but that of operational reality.
It is one chief executive’s experience placed at the service of others. Counsel founded on trust, confidentiality and an insistence on tangible results.
The approach is simple: understand before recommending, commit before invoicing, measure before concluding.
