An independent advisor to CEOs
28 years leading companies through transformation. Now that experience works for yours.

Before he advised CEOs, Peter Guillon was one. For nearly three decades, he made high-stakes decisions, handled complex situations and delivered measurable results in demanding environments.
Career
Promotrans
Chairman and CEO. Vocational training organization, 1,000 employees. Turned around a company that was losing momentum: grew continuing education revenue from €37.5M to €60M in six years, ran a €90M P&L and restructured the organization for growth.
Engie/Cofely
Head of Operations. Energy services, multi-country. Operational excellence and international expansion: launched operations in Morocco and Canada, structured the processes for managing concessions and drove continuous performance improvement.
Rubis/Vitogaz
Head of Technical Services. Energy distribution, B2B and B2C. Contributed to revenue growth from €200M to more than €500M.
Other leadership roles
Bouygues, DEF and several small and midsize industrial companies. Different settings (construction, airports, logistics), and as many different ways to create and lose margin.
What he brings to your company
Leading a company is more than a résumé. It builds specific skills, forged in action, that Peter Guillon now puts to work for his clients.
Strategic vision and operational execution
Knowing where to go is not enough. What counts is knowing how to get there, building on what has already worked and avoiding the pitfalls already encountered.
Managing complexity
Leading in five different sectors, with teams of up to 1,000 people, teaches you to handle ambiguity, prioritize under pressure and decide with imperfect information.
Organizational transformation
Restructurings, rapid growth, culture change: Peter Guillon has led these transformations from the inside, not from a report.
International
Europe, North Africa, Turkey, North America: hands‑on experience of the cross-cultural, regulatory and operational challenges of international expansion.
Education
Engineering degree from ESME Sudria (1995). A scientific education that grounds the Exelvys approach in analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making.
Why Exelvys
After 28 years in leadership roles, including 8 in general management, Peter Guillon founded Exelvys on one conviction: leaders going through transformation need a counterpart who speaks their language. Not the language of generic consulting, but the language of operational reality.
It is a CEO’s experience put to work for other CEOs. An advisory relationship built on trust, confidentiality and a demand for concrete results.
The philosophy is simple: understand before recommending, commit before billing, measure before concluding.
