Strategic DiagnosticWhere are your performance levers?

Know where your value is, what it is worth and where to start. We quantify it on your own data, and you walk away with a roadmap ranked by return on investment.

Who it’s for

For CEOs and owners who need to know where to act first.

What you get

Your baseline performance, your value pools quantified in euros, and the order in which to tackle them.

Timeframe

Two to three weeks when your data is ready, four to six when it is not.

Deliverables

Diagnostic report, value register, roadmap, and a readout to your leadership team.

The questions we settle

Where are we losing margin, and how much?

Which growth levers are realistic with the resources we have?

Can AI pay off for us, and where?

Where do we start, and what should we not fund?

How the diagnostic works

  1. Measure the starting point. Your baseline economic performance: P&L by business line, margins by product, customer and channel, costs and working capital needs.
  2. Listen. 8 to 15 interviews, from the leadership team to the front line, each with a guide built for that function.
  3. Quantify the value pools. Every lever is quantified on your data: baseline, gross gain, the share you can realistically capture, full cost and risk. AI is one lever among others, judged by the same yardstick.
  4. Prioritize. A roadmap ranked by return on investment, with the first 90 days and a three-to-five-year trajectory. It always includes at least one option not to invest.
  5. Present and decide. A readout to your leadership team or board. Implementation support is offered afterward, and only if you ask for it.

What you get

Diagnostic report

Your baseline P&L, the losses and the opportunities, with the evidence and the uncertainties behind each one.

Value register

One line per initiative: gain, full cost, risk, owner. A working document your finance team can take over.

Roadmap

The initiatives in order, the first 90 days, the trajectory.

Readout

A decision session with your leadership team or board.

What we don’t do

  • No 80-page report. One decision, with the numbers.
  • No market averages in place of your own figures. Everything is calculated on your data.
  • No required follow‑on work. The engagement stands on its own.

Why now

43% of leaders of small, midsize and mid-market companies do not analyze their data to run their business, according to a Bpifrance Le Lab survey of 1,209 of them published in June 2025.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks when your data is available, four to six when it has to be pulled together. Fees reflect the scope of each engagement and are discussed in a first conversation.

What do you need from us?

Your financial statements and management data, ideally for two years, one person to gather them, and a few hours of your team’s time for interviews. Everything stays confidential.

How is this different from what our accounting firm does?

Your accounting firm signs off on your financial statements and analyzes them. We find the value you are not yet capturing, put a number on it and tell you where to start.

Do we have to hire you for implementation?

No. The diagnostic stands on its own. Implementation support is offered only if you ask for it.

Do you know where your next point of margin is?

Peter Guillon will call you back within 8 business hours.
