Our approach

You get a number on every investment decision and, if you want it, a partner who leads the delivery. We start from your business, not from a catalog of solutions. We do not replace your finance team. We give it a clearer view.

The method at a glance

You end up with a costed roadmap, built from your baseline economic performance. Then you decide whether we support you through implementation. The approach is called Exelvys Value Engineering, and it runs in five steps:

  1. Economic Baseline: your baseline economic performance.
  2. Value Discovery: your levers of growth, margin and productivity.
  3. Value Quantification: gains, costs, risks and investments, quantified.
  4. Capital Prioritization: initiatives ranked by return and feasibility.
  5. Value Realization: if you ask for it, tracking of implementation and of the results actually achieved.

When we support implementation, one rule governs it: no workstream moves to the next stage without a measured result.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a diagnostic take?

Two to three weeks when your data is ready, four to six when it needs to be gathered. You get a clear time estimate before you commit to anything, and within the first few days you know what one point of margin is worth in your business. The first conversation sets the scope, the available sources and the timeline.

Can we ask for the roadmap only?

Yes. The diagnostic delivers a costed, prioritized roadmap that stands on its own. Some CEOs want a clear view of what is possible before anything else. Implementation support is offered afterward, and only if you ask for it.

What does it cost?

Fees reflect the scope of each engagement and are discussed in a first conversation. Scope and data vary from one company to the next, so every engagement is costed individually. The first conversation carries no commitment: it is there to understand your situation and estimate the work. We always weigh the expected gain against the cost of implementation, so our proposal should be judged by its return on investment, not by its amount alone.

What data do you need?

Your own management data: P&L, sales, purchasing, inventory, payments, depending on the levers under review. Nothing is extrapolated from market ratios. A controlled copy of the sources is enough, and the scope is agreed with you before any access. The less a measurement rests on your actual numbers, the more clearly we present it as a conservative estimate.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays with you. We work on a controlled copy, only for the duration of the engagement and only for the agreed purpose. We do not sell it, we do not add it to any catalog, and we do not use it for anyone else. The confidentiality framework is in place from day one, before any access to your systems.

Do you build tools?

Yes, when it is useful. We start from your business. If a strong solution already exists on the market, we help you choose and integrate it rather than rebuild it. If nothing exists, or if your redesigned processes require it, we design a custom tool. The choice of vendors is always yours.

How are you different from an AI firm?

An AI firm starts from the technology. We start from your P&L. AI is one of our levers for creating value, not our product. We quantify every gain on your data and, when we support implementation, no workstream moves to the next stage without a measured result.

What are your performance levers worth, and where should you start?
